In commercial litigation we have been involved in major commercial litigation before all courts and tribunals.  We have demonstrated capacity to handle large volumes of case load and also to handle major cases.

Nevett Ford promotes the concept of alternative dispute resolution bringing a creative approach to dispute resolution including early intervention with other parties and their lawyers before disputes escalate and costs increase.  Director, Peter Wilson, is an accredited specialist in alternative dispute resolution and director, Philip Brewin, also undertakes mediation. 

By identifying the commercial and legal imperatives at play in a dispute we work quickly to achieve the optimal negotiated, mediated or litigated solution.
