Leanne joined the firm 1998.  After graduating from the University of Ballarat with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Degree, she worked for a number of years with a chartered accountancy firm.

Leanne manages the firm's business operations with specific responsibility for Financial Management, Information Technology and Project Implementation.

In 2001 she completed a Diploma of Management and has also completed the Aspiring Managers' and Action Leadership Programs through the Australian Institute of Management.
