QUALIFICATIONS LLB (Charles Darwin University) Kent is a lawyer in our Corporate & Business Law Practice Group at Ballarat. He qualified as a lawyer in 1996, working in Darwin and London before transferring to Victoria in 2003. Kent practises primarily in business law, with particular emphasis on providing practical advice and drafting of commercial documentation. Kent provides a wide range of legal advice focusing on contractual agreements, franchising and business transactions, as well as wills and estate planning. When drafting legal documents, Kent aims to use "plain English" wherever possible. Kent is also active in the community. He is a Board Member of John Curtin Aged Care Inc.
