QUALIFICATIONS Viv is a Senior Associate practising at our Ballarat Office. She was admitted to practice in 1982 and practiced for 5 years before taking a position as a lecturer at the University of Ballarat School of Business where she lectured in Business Law and Company Law for 15 years. Her interest in Corporations Law led her to take a Masters Degree in the area of Corporate Governance. Since joining the firm, she has been engaged in our Property Department. Viv is a board member of the Ballarat and District Nursing Society and a member of the University of Ballarat Research Ethics Committee and past president of the Ballarat Pony Club.
