Peter is the Managing Director of Nevett Ford. Over 38 years of practice he has developed extensive experience in all areas of litigation. He has developed a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution and is an accredited specialist in mediation.

He is an experienced speaker and delivers workshop papers on corporate governance.

Peter is a former part time presiding member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal of Victoria (now VCAT); the founding chair of Law Australasia, a coalition of independent law firms throughout Australia.

Apart from his legal career, Peter is also active in the community and is the chairman of the North Ballarat Football Club (VFL) and a Member of Council of the University of Ballarat.
