QUALIFICATIONS Frank is a Director practising at our Ballarat and Bacchus Marsh Offices. Frank heads the firm’s Property Law, Probate and Wills Practice Group. He has practised law for over 35 years having joined the firm after a stint as a Commonwealth Public Servant. Frank has extensive experience in all property related areas, probate and succession planning and has also extensive experience in local government matters.
